Where We Are Now

We have now completed the telephone survey and site visits to employers across Yorkshire and the Humber, and have been analysing the data we have received during our fieldwork.

An interim report, providing an overview of some of the main survey findings has been uploaded to the Consultation Area on this website.

We are now in the process of drafting a new employer handbook, to help SMEs in the region develop and implement successful Equality and Diversity policies and make the most of their workforce.
