Employer Engagement

The vital importance of education and training to the UK as a whole often overshadows its equal importance for individual employers for whom the superficial complexity of the education and training system sometimes presents major barriers.

We have been involved – with great success – in engaging employers in the initiatives and programmes of the UK education and training system since 1991. Pye Tait probably knows more about the employer-education interface than most other consultancies and has experience extending across almost every sector of the British economy.
