At this level, a member of staff is expected to be as close as any of us can be to the 'finished article' - an effective and highly professional research consultant able to win, manage, and successfully deliver, multiple projects, and to manage and mentor other staff. The work is demanding and challenging, and requires immense drive and enthusiasm.
More than anything else, we would require anyone at this level to possess a keen awareness of the vital need to keep up-to-date with professional knowledge and to understand the central importance of innovative, creative and supportive client service.
At the most senior levels in Pye Tait the central object of every day is to deploy the highest level of intellectual ability and skill to the benefit of our clients. Senior Research Managers are expected to develop into Associate Directors with all that that position implies in terms of ownership, rewards and long-term personal development.
