We are externally and internally audited each year in order to keep our accreditation.
We also work strictly to the latest Code of Practice of the Market Research Society and, in addition, comply with the market research standard (ISO EN 20252).
…We were particularly impressed with the assessment part of the process which included a combination of psychometric tools and bespoke interviews, everyone who underwent this part of the process has expressed how much it has helped them as individuals and allowed them to have an input into the future of the company.
