SurveyZone ™

Pye Tait’s SurveyZone has been in operation for on-line surveying since 2004. It provides a secure and highly controllable environment within which client surveys can be configured and managed without the need for third-party surveying systems (many of which do not offer the flexibility and even some of the analytical possibilities of the SurveyZone).

Because the surveys on the SurveyZone are fully integrated with Pye Tait’s in-house analytical systems this facility also considerably shortens the time taken for collation, checking and analysis of responses.

The SurveyZone can be used for both quantitative and qualitative data gathering. It offers one further major advantage over third party systems – Pye Tait is able to control the sample frame through a password system with the result that we are able to produce results from segmented, random samples in the same way as for other surveying systems. The respondents to online surveys are notoriously difficult to control when using open-market systems and providers and this has the effect of skewing samples and results in ways that are often impossible to predict and to judge after the event. By enabling surveys to be deployed to exactly the right sample and for that sample to be protected by password systems, the SurveyZone offers a means of acquiring extremely reliable results.
